- We accept payments via Mobile Money (such as M‑Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) and bank cards.
- Payment must be completed before we dispatch your products.

When you place an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. We aim to deliver your products within the timeframes shown, but we cannot guarantee there will never be delays due to events outside our control.

You may return products within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
